Nutritionist
Being a Nutritionist is more than just giving advice on the foods that are good and bad. Most diseases can be prevented with good food choices and correct nutritional medicine. Prescribing the correct nutritional medicine can make a huge impact on your overall health, enabling wellness and freedom from disease and illness.

I try to take a holistic approach to each person's or family's situation. There are usually many influences to causing ill health and these need to be addressed one by one.

I often say to my clients, think of your car, you must put in the right fuel for it to run, just like your body, you must feed it the right fuel or it will start getting sick. We need to eat food that is nourishing our bodies. There are 90 essential nutrients that the body needs to function optimally, 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, and 2 essential fatty acids, are we getting them from the foods we eat? Linus Pauling, 2 time nobel prize winner, one of his most famous quotes is "you can trace very chronic disease back to a mineral deficiency."

People are very confused by all the incorrect advice that we get bombarded on a daily basis from the media. Unfortunately and sad to say that most of that advice comes from the food industry who really don’t have any interest in health but in money.

I can guide and educate you on what you should and should not be eating. I also prescribe practioner only nutritional medicines/supplements.
